first one was defective, i called cellular factory and talked to Elbert, he told me that item is back ordered and offered me refund or exchange, i opted for exchange, in the mean time elbert kept sending me emails assuring me that he didn't forget about my order, sure enough they sent me another one within a week and that one work just fine as advertised, i will recommend to anybody, thank you Elbert.

It's about the size as a small expansion hard drive.Great charging capacity and price. Haven't used it yet, except to charge it up for the emergency uses I got it to perform.

Light weight, but a real powerhouse. I've carried it around the country on business travel, and it has come in handy on multiple occasions when I am no where near AC power. iPhone, iPad, or any other USB chargeable device is no problem. Great!

Great buy. This charger is charging so many things that I own. I am amazed at how many different things it is charging. Phone, Nook, Garmin GPS, iPod. That is it so far. I wasn't expecting it to charge my Garmin.

I only used this once but it charged my HTC Inspire 2 full times when it was pretty low and I also played music while it was charging the phone. So I'm happy!

Really good charger. Have used it several times already, and it lasts forever (HTC Evo 4G). Keeps it topped off when away from an outlet or the car. Highly recommended!

the item works great. great for traveling if you keep forgetting your wall charger in hotels. you can check charge level any time and can be charge by any mini usb power source. i check the unit once a week and put it back in the travel bag. i dont recommend leaving it in your car on these hot days. 2 usb ports is very convenient, one 1 amp and 2.1 amp.

Fairly small yet powerful. Exactly what I was looking for. Has enough output to charge the the new iPad as well as the iPhone, at the same time. Very handy little device to have. Cellular Factory was great and I had this unit ahead of the estimated ship date.

Product works as advertised. Poor instructions though.Had to write customer support to learn that you have to use provided cable to use Output 1 (5V 1A). Output 2 (5V 2.1A) can be used with any cable. Other than that it is worth the asked price.
