ANN MONZO . 20 Jun, 2011 The 1st pad arrived but was not working. I contacted the company, spoke with a woman in customer service, explained the problem, and she told me she'd have a new one sent. In about 5 days I received a new cooler pad that does work. They also sent a prepaid envelope to send back the 1st one, which I did.

Stephen . 15 May, 2012 This device works pretty well, it's quiet and you hardly know that it's on. My laptop runs a lot cooler since I've been using it. I used to have serious heating issues in the past whenever streaming videos as it would cause the entire base of the laptop to get extremely hot to the point that it would sometimes shutdown to keep it from dying altogether. It also emits a nice cool blue glow that looks pretty nice at nights. The only complaint is that my HP Laptop is 17" and barely fits on the device. Make sure your laptop has rubber feet if it's 17" to keep it from slipping off. SR New York, USA
