Tis item was really an innovative!! Makes my Laptop with Bluetooth available and saved me a lot!! Easy to use, plug it to my laptop and it is ready for use. Has no problem in using it with my phone.
Maybe you need to check your OS for the compatibility.

I do not need any data cable for transferring my data from PC to cell phone as I got an Ultra Mini USB Bluetooth V2.0 Dongle for PC / Laptop which help me to transfer data by Bluetooth.

Unbelievably easy to use under Windows 7. Plug it in, and after a minute or two, it automatically downloads the drivers and software. Then, it works like it was built-in. Couldn't be more convenient. Perfect for my netbook.

I purchased one of these bluetooth adapters for my daughter. It worked flawlessly for her so she could listen to her music wirelessly in her dorm. The Compaq Presario CQ62 Bluetooth dongle does just what I expected it to. I purchased this product for use with my Nokia 603, so that I could transfer photos and other media from my cell phone to my Compaq Presario CQ62 via Bluetooth. It works great. I would recommend this product for anyone who does not have Bluetooth on their PC.

Recently purchased this product from Cellular Factory. It arrived promptly and without hassle. I would and will order from CF again. For what it's worth, I'm using this to connect a LG HBS-700 Bluetooth headset to my dual boot Ubuntu 12.04/Win7 machine. It worked flawlessly on both OS's with this adapter.

Product works great, BUT no where does it say that the parent company is based in Hong Kong, so you will receive a foreign transaction fee on a paypal credit card transaction. Everythin on the web pages leads you to believe they are a company based in El Monte, CA.
