I got this to replace my stock cord, and I've had it for a few weeks now. It works great, and the construction feels very solid, unlike other replacement cords I've seen in this price range. It's hard to find the higher amp converter, and I'm very happy with this cord. The shipping was also super fast. I'd recommend this to someone looking to get a reasonable priced quality replacement.

I recently ordered an Acer Aspire adapter. When it was delivered I realized it was too big - iit would charge only sometimes. I went to the help section on their website and the help team asked me for the make and model of my machine - a day later they sent me the link to the correct wire - I returned the first one and within two weeks was issued a refund and the second wire is perfect. Amazing company with excellent service and a top notch service team. Will recommend to all my friends.
