Standard Shipping - We offer FREE SHIPPING* on most purchases over $15 if you use the freeship coupon code.  *Certain restrictions will apply. (See Below)

FREE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:  This offer is only valid within the United States.  Not all packages may qualify due an over-weight or over-sized item.  Other shipping options may also be available at an additional cost.  

Orders placed using the Standard Shipping method will be shipped via UPS Mail Innovations.  We utilize UPS Mail Innovations as a courier service to transfers packages from our warehouse to your local post office.  The final delivery is completed by the US Postal Service.  For more information on this service, please see the UPS Mail Innovations FAQ page.  Tracking for your package will be available 24-48 hours after it has been shipped.  You can track it with the tracking number we send to your email here.

Packages weighing OVER 1 lb. are shipped via UPS Ground.  Please be aware that UPS Ground Service WILL NOT DELIVER to a PO BOX.  Depending on the value of the item, a signature may be required at time of delivery to ensure it was properly received.  Please contact us at (877) 298-7485 before placing your order if there are any special shipping requirements you need to have.  We will try to help fulfill your order and accommodate you as best we can.  UPS Ground packages can be tracked here.

Priority Shipping - GET IT SOONER!  Choose Priority Shipping before checking out and cut the shipping time down to 2-3 business days to most locations.

All U.S. Territories & APO/FPO/DPO packages are shipped using Priority Shipping.  It can take up to 7 business days for U.S. Territories.  See the Delivery Times section below for APO/FPO/DPO estimated shipping times.

International Shipping - We ship worldwide.

In order to offer the best possible shipping rates, international orders do not have tracking.  Packages will arrive via your country's postal service and may take up to 20 business days in transit.  You will be responsible for any duty charges incurred by you in your country.

Promotional Items - Great Deals.  Great savings.

Delivery times for promotional items will vary.  Promotional items may include any Hot Deals, Daily Deals, Weekly Deals, or Holiday Deals where shipping is FREE.  Please allow extra time as most of these items may be shipped directly from our overseas warehouses.  Estimated delivery times for promotional items are between 2-3 weeks for packages coming into the United States.

In most cases, orders are shipped out within 24 hours from when payment is received.  If the order was placed on a FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, or on a FEDERAL U.S. HOLIDAY, we will ship it out the following business day.  Please note that the processing time is calculated separately from the shipping time; therefore, your delivery time can be estimated by adding our processing time to the estimated shipping time.  In some instances, there may be unexpected delays in processing your order.  If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or we will attempt to contact you by phone using the phone number provided to us during checkout.  It is possible that we may need to complete your shipment with several separate deliveries, but you will not be charged any extra for shipping.  If there are any items in your order that need to be shipped at a later date, we will enclose a note in your first package stating the reason for delay and when to expect your next package.

You will be notified via e-mail once your order is shipped.  Also, if available, you will be provided with tracking information.


-The FREE SHIPPING offer is only good for limited time and may be stopped at any time.  All qualifying orders placed before the end of the free shipping offer will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed, regardless of the ship date.

-Most other online retailers do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, but here at, we are happy to serve our customers in the Armed Forces and their families stationed overseas.  However, because these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, we are not capable of covering the cost of insurance and postage.  Furthermore, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to the nature of Military Airmail Classifications.  Please contact your local Postal Service Center (PSC) for further details.

-Please remember that once an order leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival, but we will do everything we can to get your order to you.  Need help?  Do not hesitate to call Customer Service at (877) 298-7485.

-Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders that have already been placed.  If necessary, please cancel your order before we ship it out.  Once you have confirmed the order has been cancelled, you may place a new one.

-If you need to cancel your order please call our Customer Service specialists at (877) 298-7485 as soon as possible so that we can stop the order from being shipped out.  We cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.  If you still must return your order after it has been shipped, contact Customer Service at (877) 298-7485 about getting a RMA.  Please see the Return Policy about any fees that may be associated with the return.
