As described, all our products are backed by our 30 Day Risk-Free Guarantee . If you would like to return or exchange some merchandise, please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible. Please read the product's description carefully before placing an order. Call us if you have any questions about the product. One of our goals is to have all orders shipped with a 100% satisfaction. But, if you are not happy with a product that you bought, please return it to us in an unused condition within 30 days after the date you received your order. (Note: A 15% restock charge will be imposed for returns that have been used or damaged). If it was a mistake on our end, we will refund the full amount including postage.


1. In order for us to process your return or exchange effectively, you must obtain a Return Authorization ("RMA") before sending anything back. This ensures that we are able to track your return or exchange through our system. To request a RMA, simply fill out the form below. 2. Note, if you process your return after the 30-day risk-free warranty or you made a mistake and ordered the wrong products, we will exchange your product(s) up to equal value to the products you mistakenly ordered and ship them back to you.

3. The RMA you will be issued is only valid for 30 days from the date it was issued, so please ship the products, via USPS First Class Mail, as soon as possible. For faster service, call us at 1-877-298-7485 for assistance. PLEASE NOTE: that if your RMA expires, you will have to contact customer service to be issued a new RMA. If this new RMA is issued after the 30-day money-back warrantee period has expired, you will only be eligible to receive an exchange.

5. It is our policy that all returned products must be in fair shape. We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire product and then sent it back asking for a refund.

6. Also all non-defective products must be returned in an as-new condition.

8. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 10 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
