RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM

In order for us to process your return or exchange effectively, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number before sending anything back. This ensures that we are able to track your return or exchange through our system. To request a RMA, simply fill out the form below. Reason for Return*

The RMA you will be issued is only valid for 30 days from the date it was issued, so please call us at 1-877-298-7485 for immediate assistance after you have received your RMA number. PLEASE NOTE: that if your RMA expires, you will have to contact customer service to be issued a new RMA. If this new RMA is issued after the 30-day period has expired, you will only be eligible to receive an exchange.

Note: if you would like to process a return after the 30-day period or you made a mistake and ordered the wrong products, please give us a call at (877) 298-7485. We will gladly exchange your product(s) up to equal value to the products and ship them back to you (additional shipping charges apply).

Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All credit requests will be completed within 5-7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 10 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
