First Class Mail Average Delivery: 4-7 business days to the 48 contiguous states; 7-10 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.

In most cases, your order will be shipped within 24hrs after your order is placed completely. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next Monday. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time; therefore, Delivery Time is estimated to be: processing time + shipping time. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays on the process of the shipment (mainly because of back-orders). If there will be a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone.

Also, you will be notified via e-mail once your order is shipped. You will be provided with tracking information.

Packages arrive via your country's postal service, and may take up to 3 weeks in transit. Shipping charges are $7.99 US Dollars for all international orders. You will be responsible for any duty charges by your country.

Shipping Notes:

This free shipping offer is only good for limited time and may be stopped at any time. All confirmed orders that were placed before the offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed, regardless of the ship date.
On average, credit card orders are shipped the within 24 hours, following the receipt of your order. All orders received after 3:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday morning. Items in an order may be shipped separately, but you will not incur an extra shipping charge. If items are shipped separately, you will be notified within the package.
Most other online retailers will not ship to AE, APO, AP, FPO, or DPO addresses, but here at CellularFactory.com , we are happy to serve our customers in the Armed Forces, stationed at any AE, APO, AP, FPO or DPO address. However because these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, we are not capable of covering the cost of insurance and postage. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee delivery times because once the package has arrived at the Postal Service Center of an AE, APO, AP, FPO, or DPO the tracking ends.
For orders damaged during shipping, please write "Return To Sender" on the package and give it to your local postman. Then visit our Return Policy and fill out the form. Choose "defective replacement" for Return Type. We will ship your replacement immediately after you have completed the following steps.
Ordinarily orders are shipped UPS Mail Innovations and should arrive between 4 to 8 business days from the order date. Please remember, once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival, but we will do everything we can to help you get your order to you quickly.
