David . 26 Feb, 2012 This product is made well and I use it all the time, however, the earbud does not stay easily in my ear and therefore is not truly hands free as I have to hold it in my ear while I talk. Sound is very clear but could stand to be a little louder...unless my 66 year old ears are not quite as receptive as they used to be. Bottom line...I wanted an inexpensive handsfree single earbud and I got it and am pleased with the value I received.
