Although the ear pieces do not exactly fit my ears (most never do), the product functions as advertised and arrived quickly, safely, and was a perfect fit for my telephone. I highly suggest buying from Cellulafactory, they have a full line of products for most devices and their prices and services are great.

The headset arrived in about 4 days and worked fine. I can hear sound out of both ear buds. And the sound is much louder than when I used a blue tooth. I had to keep the blue tooth volume on 100%, but this headset only requires about 20% volume. I have heard no complaints from callers about not being able to hear me, so the microphone must work fine. One thing I don't like is that the ear buds do not stay in my ears when I run. So I am unable to listen to music when I run.

ZERO stars for this item. One side of this "dual" did not work, gave it a try after a few weeks and people can't hear me either. Don't buy a headphon uness it's a local place where you can go and have an easy return. waste of 9.99 .

When I use this handsfree device, people I call complain that the volume of my voice sounds low, almost as though I'm not using a handsfree and am holding my phone far away from my mouth. As a result, I don't use it anymore -- wasted money; I guess it's true that you get what you pay for!
