Why Sony doesn't include an auto charger is beyone me. But the auto charger for both the camera and camcorder is necessary for those who travel alot. It does also bug me that every camera or electrical device needs its own part number charger.. when you travel light, you do not need to be carrying along about 6 different chargers. my complaint is not against the supplier but the manufacturer. the products were ordered and received in a timely maner. joAnn mantych
